Soltar y no acumular, es la consigna que hace que llevemos una vida ligera, sin cargas ni preocupaciones, solo con lo que nos hace felices y en la medida justa para no derrochar. El alivio emocional es saber desprenderse de todo lo que no necesitamos ya sea porque es heredado, un regalo o un recuerdo. Aprender a soltar es poder avanzar y dar oportunidad a nuevas experiencias.
Exitosa quinta edición de "Latinas, Líderes y Emprendedoras"
Un completo éxito resultó la realización del evento “Latinas Líderes y Emprendedoras” dentro del marco del Día Internacional de la Mujer. Al evento llegaron hispanas pioneras en el emprendimiento en Colorado como Rosa Linda Aguirre. Al mismo tiempo, cientos de jóvenes hispanas que aspiran a emprender llegaron al lugar para aprender de exitosas experiencias de mujeres que ya están en ese camino.

Hi ROCIO, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
As a businesswoman and coach, I have created habits for success. I don´t improvise or take my day lightly. First, I am an early bird. I believe in the power of connecting my circadian rhythm with the rhythm of nature. I know that we are all connected, and I want to enjoy and make the best of that connection. I wake up at 4 am, drink a bottle of water to awake, and hydrate my body. Then I meditate for 10 to 20 minutes. That helps me to start my day with a vast, open mind. As a psychologist, I understand the power of your mind, and I act on it. …
What advice do you have for growing your own consulting business?
We spoke with Rocío Durán, owner and founder of Rocio Life Coach, and she gave 8 pieces of advice to take to heart:
1. As an entrepreneur, you need to build a community that supports and inspires you. Being an entrepreneur is not a solo process, so don’t isolate yourself.
2. Surround yourself with mentors, real and virtual ones.
3. Keep making yourself the best in your field. Never stop learning and improving.
